Continuum Delivery Group Limited is the controller for personal data sent through this website.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address and the message you write. If you telephone, we may keep a short note of the call.

Why we use it

We use that information to reply to you and, if we take on work, to set up the engagement. The legal basis is legitimate interests in running a professional practice, and contract where we agree to work together.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Material from an engagement is kept only as long as the work and our professional records require, then returned or destroyed as agreed.

Who else sees it

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit to hello@continuumdeliverygroup.co.uk. We do not sell data. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. Write to hello@continuumdeliverygroup.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
