How we work

Access is limited. Data is handled, then returned or destroyed.

Boards in defence, banking and IT/finance need this written down before anyone walks in. Here is the short version.

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we see papers, systems or people. Yours or ours — we will use whichever is ready.

We agree in writing who we speak to, which systems we can see, and what stays out of scope. Access is time-bounded to the review.

Material is stored only as long as the work needs it, on controlled devices, and is not used for any other purpose.

At the end of the engagement we return or securely destroy working copies, and confirm that in writing.

We carry professional indemnity insurance. Cover details can be provided before a review starts.

If you write or call, we respond within one working day. If we cannot take the work, we say so quickly.
